A large Capital Market Corporate with Award Winning Brokerage platform is hiring for Dealing Desk Head Profile :
Mandatory To Have - NISM Certification
- Team Leading Experience
- Graduation (Post Graduation Preferred)
- Willing to shift to Agra
- Client Trading Experience
Place of Work- Agra
Duties And Responsibilities A key operations team member who would take the personalized trading experience of the client to the next level
Presently he will be heading around 30 dealers and is expected to add atleast 20 persons every year
Training dealers for NISM certification
Study new trading opportunities and train the client and dealers for the same
Should have capacity to solve dealers and clients problems
Responsible for client activation and for monitoring and improvising the return to clients over alpha from time to time.
