Company Description We are stockiest of granite and marbles located in Bangalore , we deal in Imported marble and Indian Granite .

Role Description This is a full-time Sales

Manager / Assistant Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru for Scope Granite and Marble LLP. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting with managing sales activities and developing new business opportunities. Other responsibilities include developing sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients, updating the sales CRM system, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field preferred Proven track record of success in granite and marble sales, with a focus on B2B and B2C sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or similar software Experience with sales CRM systems is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus Ability to adapt to changing situations and maintain a positive attitude

Salary will be based on experience - Ranging from 300000 to 1200000 per Annum . Only candidate with granite and marble experience will be entertained or they should have Building material selling experience. Attractive incentives will be paid based on performance conduct market survey to identify potential customers • Successful history in selling marble, granite, and other stones to Architects and Interior Designers • Ability to develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through various channels • Deep knowledge of marble variety, its use-cases and applications • Experience presenting, negotiating and dealing with executives • Be data driven. Set goals, track progress, and maintain status and results reports • Take ownership of your territory and be a self-starter • Conduct market research to identify potential selling possibilities and evaluate customer requirements. • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Calculate business trends, marketing trends, and monitor competition • Be collaborative and a team player. Requirements • Establishing strong customer relationships • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role • Proficiency in English, Hindi and local language (the city) where you will be selected for • Sound knowledge of MS Office • In depth understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Quick learner, passion for sale and extremely presentable • Proven track record of sales with previous companies with a high growth mindset • Team Player & self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Ability to gather and interpret data • Great Organizational and analytical skills • Communication skills: Both interpersonal and negotiation skills
