Job description

*Description:*

As a Sales Manager, you need to maintain positive relationships with your clients/customers, meet with clients in person to discuss new products or services and resolve client issues. Manage the full-time and part-time field executives within your defined regional territory, Kochi. He/she will be responsible for managing the field executives, onboarding new executives, training and motivating them, and managing their day-to-day deliverables like meeting targets and managing leads.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and motivating full-time and part-time field executives.

- Responsible for onboarding and verification of new partners/hostel owners into the platform.

- Responsible for overseeing, supervising, and evaluating field executives' performance.

- Assigning territories, schedules, and appropriate supplies and equipment to staff members.

- Understand the customer needs and develop plans to address them.

- Maintaining strong relationships with our company's clients to boost our brand and profits in the long run.

- Locate and bring in new clients through original efforts or through referrals to improve revenue and increase business productivity.

- Create methods to obtain new clients and take the initiative to bring potential clients into the fold.

- Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

- Should be able to handle both tele-calling and field work simultaneously.

- Willing to travel to different locations as per the company's requirements.

- Educate and inform clients about the company's products, services, and special offers.

- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

- Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients' expectations. Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.

*Key Requirements:*

- Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinking.

- Two-wheeler and Driving License are mandatory.
