Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions.

- Identify target audience segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to engage and capture leads.

- Utilize a variety of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, SEO, and content marketing, to generate leads.

- Create compelling and engaging content to attract and convert leads at various stages of the buyer's journey.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and lead generation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in lead generation and digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry but not a must.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
