Job Title: Principal Analyst- CP&A
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Manager
1. PURPOSE OF ROLE
The ideal candidate would be an extended part of the Marketing Technology team based in St. Louis, MO., and will collaborate with stakeholders and tech platforms to create and execute strategic CRM campaigns for our wholesaler network.
As a Principal Analyst, the candidate should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge, coupled with strong technical background to manage and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns.
2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work with internal/external partners to build and test marketing emails, segment consumer audiences, and deploy using SendGrid.
- Perform analysis and deliver insights to key internal stakeholders.
- Establish and apply best practices for CRM campaign creative, content, testing, subject lines, browser compatibility, segmentation, and data governance.
- Champion continuous advancement of CRM capabilities, process improvements, and automation to optimize consumer experience and internal/external work streams.
- Manage urgent / business critical requests with speed and professionalism.
- Ensure ad-hoc reports and analyses are delivered as per agreed timelines
- Ability to take ownership of the projects and deliver timely and quality results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.

- Main Characteristics: This is an offshore role and requires comfort with working in a virtual environment. GCC is referred to as the offshore location from where the position will be based out of. Role requires to work collaboratively with Marketing Technology team based in St. Louis, MO and GCC commercial teams.
- Evaluation Criteria (Targets): Position will be responsible to support the Marketing Technology team based in St. Louis, MO. It will entail working very closely with the The position is key to drive growth for business in marketing solutions.

- Challenges: Primary challenges may include high frequency of ad-hoc requests, insufficient or delayed data availability, unclear request requirements, ensuring 100% accuracy in the tasks delivered, ensuring tasks are delivered as per schedule and presentation of data and reports in an easy to read and comprehend manner.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and email-client programming experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Language Skills
· English and any foreign language is a value add

· Graduate/Masters in the field of Engineering or other equivalent degree or equivalent work experience
Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in web development and executing CRM campaigns
- Prior experience in managing email marketing and CRM campaigns
Previous work experience required
- 3 years + with relevant experience in website development and email marketing
- Experience in liaising with multiple vendors/agencies/stakeholders
- Rich Experience in managing multiple Requests
Technical Competencies
- Understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
- Candidate Principal Analyst- CP&A to working experience in MS Dynamics CRM, Power Automate, ASP .NET, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5
- Strong graphic design skills, including creating/editing images in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Experience with Sendgrid or comparable CRM tools.
- Experience with CRM, marketing, and consumer data management.
- User knowledge & and experience of working with SQL/related query systems.
