Job Summary

The India GTM/Operations leader will be responsible for WWFCO Sales Operations planning and productivity functions. This role is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools. The person needs to be able to adapt the WWFCO global sales processes across the diverse portfolio, different routes to market and various coverage models while operating in a fast-paced environment. This role will directly serve as the face of the function to all global Sales roles, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Executive leadership and will business partner with the VP - Sales for India.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Operations and Strategy.
