Job Overview: As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, providing expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development. The HRBP serves as a liaison between the business units and the HR department to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR programs.

Shift time- 12:30 to 9:30 pm or 2 pm 11 pm Exp- 2 to 4 years of exp.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand the organization's goals and develop HR strategies that support those goals. Participate in the development of workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies.

2.Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations matters. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

3.Talent Management: Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent. Work with business leaders to assess and address current and future talent needs.

4.Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Provide coaching and feedback to managers on performance-related matters.

5.Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational development and improvement. Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation.

6.HR Compliance: Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Advise management on HR policies and procedures.

7.Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
