Personal Secretary Responsibilities : The ideal candidate she will be responsible for a wide range of personal secretarial activities which will assist the organization's leadership. In this position, she should feel comfortable coordinating and managing boss personal cabin, private and personal meetings ,organizing his files, folders, attendance management, household properties, food , international travel , personal wardrobe, shopping, perfume ,cars and day to day lifestyle and boss private and discreet socializing meetings. Providing day-to-day support for High Profile Guests and VIP’S, Celebrities, Elite Class Customers and Rich Affluent Class managing and organizing their private, personal and discreet meetings and looking after all their private needs and personal requirements on a day to day basis including their food, lunch, drink, grooming and shopping requirements, travels, night parties, night clubs and managing night clubs and their personal and private discreet socializing meetings.

Personal Secretary Requirements: Work Experience as Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant or similar roles. Excellent MS Office Knowledge. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extrovert person and open for discreet private socializing meet with the boss. Discretion and confidentiality. Modern & Attractive Personal Grooming.

Personal Secretary Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized. Ability to travel with the boss for events parties and socializing.

Personal Secretary Experience Level : 07-10 years of experience as a Personal Secretary would be advantageous.

Personal Secretary Languages : English/ Hindi/ Kannada ( Proficient in English is Must and Preferred ).
