Job description

Vyuti Systems is looking for HR Coordinator - Entry / Associate to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Providing guidance and support to line managers on employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and designing and implementing new programs
• Overseeing the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related activities
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data confidentiality and security
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
• Managing employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture
• Developing and monitoring HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels
