Job description
Administrative Oversight:
Supervise and lead the administrative team.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
To ensure availability of tea refreshments /lunch/dinner etc for guests/ visitors /customers/employees
To ensure availability of good quality food in canteen.
Verification of admin related bills and getting them approved.
Maintaining and issue of Stationary.
Office Operations:
Manage facilities scheduling and handle communications.
Coordinate company events and travel arrangements.
Supply Management:
Monitor and order office supplies.
Negotiate with vendors for costeffective procurement.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison for employee concerns.
Draft and proofread internal and external communications.
Work Location: Plot No.35 36 & 37 Kancha Imarath Near Ravirala Village Hardware Park Hyderabad Telangana
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven office management experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
