Designation: L1 Support Engineer Location: Vikhroli Education: Graduate Job Description: Accountable for uptime of Cloud Services. Cloud Infrastructure Deployment (IaaS, PaaS) & industry standard, ensuring security is taken care. Coordination with the Functional teams within Customer. Follow process as defined ITIL standards. Contain escalations. Ensure upkeep of Inventory. Vendor coordination. Ticket tracking raised with CSP (Cloud Service Provider). Login to Severity bridges and help Troubleshoot the issue, provide interim solution, and reach to the root cause. Managing & Monitoring Service Desk Tickets related to function. Provide inputs & updates to supervisors. Requirement : Relevant Experience of 1-2 Yrs. on any of the Cloud Provider (Azure / AWS or GCP). Willing to work in rotational shift.
