Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agile Coach. The Agile Coach will be responsible for providing agile leadership, coaching, and consulting services to our clients. The Agile Coach will also be responsible for utilizing design thinking methodologies to solve complex business problems for our clients. This role is located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Agile Leadership, Agile Coaching, and Design Thinking skills
- Experience in coaching and consulting in agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading and managing agile teams
- Knowledge of Scrum, Lean, and other agile frameworks and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or other relevant certifications are a plus
