Business Development Manager - Bangalore

Role And Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding sales results for the Fire Safety and Security and Network Infrastructure Divisions of PV Lumens within the assigned geography.
  • Develop wide and deep Enterprise Customer Relationships primarily in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and support system integrator and reseller relationships in the assigned territory.
  • Provide techno-commercial support to end customers and system integrators/resellers/channel partners on the product portfolio.
  • Key Account Management within territory.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a business plan to meet or exceed corporate objectives for sales goals in the assigned geography.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop new Enterprise End Customer and Consultant/Specifier/Influencer relationships.
  • Identify, develop and nurture system integrators, turnkey contractors, resellers, and channel partner relationships to build long-term relationships and sustained growth.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to Enterprise End customers, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Implement market creation activities for various market-leading brands represented by PV Lumens.
  • Work closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operational execution of orders and deliveries with proactive and timely updates.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate, BE/BTech/Diploma/MBA preferred.
  • Frontline Sales Experience in at least one or more domains of Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Safety, or any other Security-related Industry.
  • Experience with Sales to Enterprise Customers in the assigned territory.
  • Prevailing relationships with End Customers, Consultants, Specifiers, System Integrators, and Turnkey Contractors.
  • Ability to liaison with CIO's and Finance/Commercial Managers.
  • Strong technical skills to understand customer pain points/applications and ability to provide solutions and technical configuration.
  • Ability to devise techno-commercial offers to justify the value proposition, keeping in view customer budget and competitive scenario.
  • Ability to manage large funnels and maximize conversions.
  • Product knowledge - Sales and Technical.
  • Market/Industry knowledge.
  • Reseller/Channel Development and Management.
