Plant Finance Manager Work Location : Waluj, Aurangabad Qualification:

CA/ ICWAI Work Experience:

3 yrs.+

Job Purpose: This position is based at respective plant and individual is responsible for plant finance activities and it is representing finance to manufacturing and supply chain.

Job Responsibilities: Budgeting /Forecasting i.e. Preparation of annual budgets for Chakan and Akurdi Plant (Involvement of plant stakeholders) MIS Reporting – wrt to Plant/Inventory/Vendors. Review and finalization of plant service contracts- (Involvement of Plant stakeholders/Costing/Service support) Purchase order review and release related to Non OE Materials and Services. Inventory monitoring (Inventory ageing and control/IFC controls) Statutory auditors Queries handling related to plant (Quarterly/Annually) Cost Saving proposals (Idle cost evaluations; Plant cost benchmarking; Other cost saving initiative with plant stakeholders); Provisions finalization. (Month end/Qtr. End /Year End) Preparation of various returns--ASI return, NSS Return, Inputs related to TPM cell and other stakeholders. Cross functional communications and assisting to Plant Operation team related finance matters and central finance team related to operations. Service provider /contractors reconciliations i.e. (Month on month Reconciliation for employee recovery and actual billing)
