Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Specialist to join our team at Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt Ltd. As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our company. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in finance or related roles
- Solid knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Experience with private placement, venture capital, and capital arrangement specility
- Strong understanding of bank finance, equity finance, and debts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial analysis software and MS Office
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports and forecasts
- Provide strategic financial advice to the management team
- Manage cash flow, financing strategies, and investment opportunities
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Support the management team in decision-making through financial analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Arrange finance requirements for the company as and when required.
- Work towards making the company debt free.
