Liaising with banks - Liaising with senior leaders in banks to comprehend and understand how banking technology solutions work for their product lines and help solve their use cases.
Liaising with product/ platform teams - Liaising with various product and program managers across various platforms of Zeta to assess the cost and scope of changes, a solution under consideration may require, and to arrive at feasible, optimal approaches for all business requirements.
Feature Backlog and Prioritization - Responsible for maintaining feature requests backlog and prioritizing them basis business priority and delivery timelines.
Identify constraints - Highlight any long-term risks that may originate as a consequence of design or architectural choices made in the overall system design leading to an incomplete solution mapping and suggest corrective measures.
Solution Documentation - Translate business requirements basis the strong domain and accounting knowledge into solution documents consisting of technical aspects such as API specs as required. Taking care of integration aspects between various Zeta systems and ensuring that end-to-end flow is kept in mind while designing any solution. Ensure that the specifications are defined unambiguously for the engineering teams to develop and deliver the software.
Implementation - Manage the delivery of solutions while highlighting corner cases where the implementation may be lacking. Be the point of contact for functional queries that would require domain-specific context to help unblock the team. Work with UAT teams to ensure the comprehensiveness and correctness of the delivered solution.
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders - Constant engagement with the required stakeholders is needed on various fronts such as answering queries related to product features, helping in replicating/ troubleshooting issues, aligning on the proposed solution in order to deliver the required feature, and taking things to closure.
Manage a Team - Managing a team of Solution Architects requires a blend of technical functional expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision. As a manager, one must provide guidance and direction to ensure the teams efforts align with organizational goals and client needs. This involves assigning responsibilities, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment where team members can thrive. Additionally, effective communication and mentorship are crucial for supporting the professional growth and development of individual architects
Consultant and Trainer - As a Consultant and Trainer, the individual plays a multifaceted role in guiding clients and internal teams towards effective solutions and continuous improvement. Acting as a subject matter expert, they provide strategic advice and practical recommendations to clients, leveraging their deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends. What are we looking for
14-18 Years of experience in the banking and payment industry.
Deep knowledge of credit cards life cycle and overall echo system
Must have experience working with different card schemes like Visa, MasterCard, and Rupay.
Should have expert-level proficiency in designing payment solutions and possess deep expertise in transaction processing, including clearing and settlement
Must have Experience in handling scheme compliance projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent project management skills with experience dealing with product managers, engineers, technical program managers, and senior leaders.
Should have experience in team leadership, with the ability to manage and develop team members as necessary
