Job description
The Campus Recruiter / Senior Campus Recruiter will be responsible for bringing talent into the company, which includes identifying future hiring needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate would be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process to meet the company's continuously growing requirement for quality talent.
Ø Manage hiring relationships with campuses and universities
Ø Manage end to end campus recruitment process.
Ø Ensuring strong employer brand on campuses
Ø Knowledge of any Applicant Tracking systems tool preferred.
Ø Undertake meetings with role owners, focused groups or coordinators
Ø Offer Management including Negotiation, Reference Check, Background Verification and Relationship
Management
Ø Weekly review meetings with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Ø 0 to 1 year of experience in similar roles at start-ups or mid-size companies
Ø Post-graduate degree from a reputed institute (preferred, but not mandatory)
Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ø Strong people management skills and influencing capabilities.
Ø Experience in managing people and driving a team to deliver results in a fast-
Ø paced environment.
Ø Independent thought leadership combined with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
Ø MS office skills like Excel, Word are required and Powerpoint good to have
Ø Ability to function as a part of a team
Ø Good to have knowledge of Indian campus landscape especially from engineering and MBA college standpoint
