Negotiating salary and job offers with candidates. Maintaining accurate records in the company's applicant tracking system. Staying updated on industry trends and labor laws related to technical recruiting. Requirements And Skill Sets Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of recruitment experience. Experience with closing Leadership/Lateral hiring is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A professional and customer-focused mindset.
