Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) PolyNovo (multiple locations across India)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assess clinicians' needs and present suitable products
2. Present product information and deliver product samples
3. Communicate with and promote our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
4. Promote the product to end user inside the operation theatre
5. Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
6. Keep detailed records of all contacts
7. Execute CMEs, webinars, conferences and other educational events
8. Work with peers to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
9. Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team
10. Cold call and visit prospects on location
11. Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
12. Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
13. Build relationships with hospital staff
14. Educate medical staff on the benefits of products
15. Provide product demonstrations and support
16. Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
17. Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products
18. Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
19. Collect, analyse, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation
Job Qualifications:
1. 2-3 years' sales experience selling dermal substitutes, advanced wound dressings, wound management products
2. Experience of tender management is an advantage
3. Knowledge of MS Office, procurement process within the hospital ecosystem
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent teamwork and networking skills
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
8. Ability to travel frequently
9. Strong negotiation and sales skills
