Role Description
ICICI Lombard is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for an on-site role located in Chandigarh. Relationship Manager will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns to drive business growth, generate high-quality leads, and increase customer engagement. RM will also be responsible for sales operations and offer customized solutions to clients to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing functions, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, and engagement programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
