Role And Responsibilities :

- Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and transferring them to the relevant agent or department as per tele calling script.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

- Close deals by demonstrating the value of our training solutions and guiding clients through the enrollment process.
