Technical Leader.
Work as an IT business partner and helping the business to run smoothly
Solve incidents, problems, escalations & requests for change (RFC).
Support Linux and Windows operating systems
Perform patching, backups, configuration management, monitoring of servers.
Asset management and CMDB updating.
Support SQL servers/databases
Creation and decommissioning of servers.
Global Vulnerabilities Management.
Work with external vendors and service providers.
Implement Best Practices and training.
Support delivery of infrastructure related projects
Servers monitoring
Collaboration with other teams.
Desired Capabilities :
Senior level experience in the IT infrastructure areas of Datacenter & cloud administration (Windows and Linux servers, Storage, backup, virtualization).
Senior level TCP/IP knowledge and experience
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Azure)
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
Leadership skills.
Create and update documentation and being a team player.
Experience :
At least 7+ years of solid experience with IT Data Center and Cloud infrastructure technologies.
Has worked in a global team in a multinational company.
Senior-level ability to execute project tasks and effect overall delivery
No direct reports but ability to lead and self-management is desired.
Able to work with geographically dispersed teams with different language and cultural backgrounds.
Eduction Background :
IT Engineering or technologist graduate degree- Full time
Relevant Certification
