We are looking for Area Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies to meet company growth targets. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, has over 2 years of B2B sales experience, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, and they must be willing to travel as needed. This role is vital for driving the organization's business growth.

Work Experience : Minimum 2 years as Area Sales Manager
Role amp; responsibilities - Identify new business possibilities and prospective clients by conducting market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop sales plans and methods in conjunction with cross-functional teams to meet company growth targets.
- To successfully convey the value proposition of the organization, create proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Contract negotiations and business closings with clients.
- Ensure that your records of sales activity and pipeline management are accurate and current.
- To keep up with market developments and conduct market analysis.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the firm and bring in new customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clients with great customer service.
Preferred Candidate Profile - Bachelors degree from any recognized university.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
