Job description
SAP FICO Lead shall play a pivotal role in managing solutions in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury Management, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, and Consolidation. The candidate shall possess a strong understanding of business processes and demonstrate expertise in analysing & finalizing business requirements and delivering solutions through SAP FICO.
Shall be responsible for managing SAP centric solutions in the Finance domain viz. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Consolidation and Costing.
Lead SAP FICO centric solution design efforts, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technological advancements.
Shall work closely with the technical team to ensure timely development and delivery of solution.
Shall keep track of key developments taking place both in the finance and technology domain.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals working on solution design and development, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Chartered / Cost Accountant / MBA Finance with relevant experience
SAP ERP Financial Accounting Certified
6+ years experience in SAP FICO
Strong understanding of finance processes and best practices
Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP FICO solutions
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Should have successfully managed 2 end-to-end implementation projects
Should have good understanding of integration with other SAP modules
Knowledge of integration with external systems will be an added advantage
Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop team members
