About the Role
Role Title: Sr. Spec. DDIT Dev. BP GCO
Location: Hyderabad
Role Purpose:
• The Strategic Business Partner for GCO - CDO IT drives and ensures that DDIT global and local (where applicable) demand is captured from business and collaborates with other DDIT functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions.
• This role ensures that specific business requirements are incorporated into the overall strategy and implements objectives with technology strategy development, solution discovery, service, risk and relationship management and is fully accountable to ensure that the demands are converted into project with end to end overview of project progress , monitoring, and ensuring success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strong collaboration with business and having the pulse of stakeholders.
• Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting mindset together with other DDIT functions
• Accountable for Program, project & product delivery to the business
• Partner with Business to drive Business transformation Programs enabled by technology, co-own transformation outcomes
• Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Programs, Projects, Products
• Improve the 'ease of engagement' with DDIT for the business and Support the business to understand their choices to manage technology costs
• Key business partner for business continuity and Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions
• Contribute to the definition of the operational objectives and medium-term planning according to the long-term plans established by the DDIT strategy

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer Sc. or IT related field or technical discipline and/or relevant experience Division/Function environment
• Awareness of Lean/ 6 Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodology
• Experience in large Pharma R&D IT drug development process is strongly preferred and Strong in business stakeholder management.
• Strong in communication and ability to proactively engage as needed.
• Minimal project management and change management experience.
Experience
• Relationship Management, Leveraging digital technology / big data, Multi-national global experience, Influencing without authority, Collaborating across boundaries
• 8-10 years of IT experience in development environment with min. 3-5 years of IT development experience of Pharma processes in Drug Development IT.
• Experience in large Pharma R&D IT drug development process is strongly preferred.
