Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a

ServiceNow Developer

located in Pune. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, staying up-to-date on the latest features and ensure optimal use of the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to identify business needs, requirements, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. You will also be engaged in continuous process automation improvement, gathering feedback and proposed enhancements from stakeholders, and baseline support.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Minimum 5 Years of Dedicated ServiceNow Development Experience , showcasing a deep understanding of the platform's extensive features and capabilities. Advanced Proficienc y in ServiceNow platform scripting and customization, ensuring optimal platform functionality and user experience. Expertise in System Integrations , with a proven track record of successfully integrating ServiceNow with diverse systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services. Comprehensive Knowledge

in the service management domain, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD, demonstrating a broad and deep understanding of service management best practices. Agile/Scrum Methodologies : Demonstrated experience in applying agile methodologies to streamline development processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Exceptional Communication Skills:

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating clear and effective collaboration across teams and with stakeholders. Analytical and Problem-Solving Excellence:

Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying and solving complex problems efficiently. Continuous Learner:

A proactive approach to learning, with a keen interest in staying ahead of technology trends and embracing new methodologies. ServiceNow Certification Preferred:

A strong preference for candidates holding current ServiceNow certifications, underscoring a commitment to excellence and expertise in the platform.
