Job description

Job Purpose:

Development Support of Finance applications. Candidate should have experience between 2 4 years for the position of Technical Associate.

Main Duties of the Jobholders:

• Understand current mainframe applications and develop the functionality using Java based technology stack.
  
• Detailed System and Integration testing participate in UAT in partnership with business.
  
• Provide initial triage investigation and resolution of incidents.
  
• Work with the team and the stakeholders to analyze issues and resolutions.
  

Flexible regarding working hours (work on an on call rotation schedule shift schedules).

• Provide oncall support on a rotational basis.
  
• Maintain debug and improve existing applications
  

Working Shift Details:

Timings that are flexible with US OnSite hours.

Primary Skill/s:

2 4 years Java programming experience

Good knowledge of Spring framework and RESTFul web services

Knowledge of SQL and experience in using any RDBMS

Ability to understand existing Java code and good troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge Linux environments and exposure to batch/shell scripting.

Ability to communicate with stakeholders and excellent ownership skills.

Secondary Skill/s:

Basic exposure of Mainframe.
