Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Technician located in Thane. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting printer issues, and repairing computer hardware.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical support, desktop computers, troubleshooting, and printer support
- Knowledge of computer repair
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in providing customer service
- A+ Certification or equivalent experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
