Job description

Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience should only apply. Experience in B2B Sales is a must.

Objectives-

  1. Represent the company effectively by developing a comprehensive knowledge of GrowthSpree's offerings and how they address client needs.
  2. Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships with clients, particularly within India, USA, and UK markets.
  3. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas to contribute to the company's growth targets.
  4. Generate leads through exceptional customer service, proactive outreach, and relationship-building strategies.
  5. Adjust sales techniques based on field interactions and results to optimize performance.

Responsibilities-

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of GrowthSpree's products and services, conduct research on consumer needs, and identify solutions that align with client requirements.
  2. Generate leads and nurture existing relationships by maintaining an accurate and detailed client book, fostering an active, repeat customer base.
  3. Employ both cold calling and warm outreach methods, utilizing creative and innovative sales tactics to develop new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with account executives to design and implement industry-specific outreach efforts.
  5. Conduct incisive and insightful research on markets and competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
  6. Work directly with and report to the co-founders, providing regular updates on sales activities, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications-

  1. 2-3 years of experience in sales in a consulting/services company .
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong understanding of SaaS marketing and the ability to articulate its value to potential clients.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  6. Familiarity with the India, USA, and UK markets is a must.
