Position Overview: The Contingent Management Operations (CMO) team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities related to our global contingent workforce and acting as the key point of contact for our business stakeholders. This includes managing operational queries and issues, coordinating with our MSP provider to ensure the smooth running of our systems and services, and working with the broader operations team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to our stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for our business stakeholders, responding to operational queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the MSP provider to ensure data integrity, including monitoring performance and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Work with the broader operations team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to our stakeholders, including implementing and maintaining operational processes and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the Director of Operations and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
- Participate in the development and execution of the company's operational strategy.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as computer science, engineering, or business) or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of experience in MSP/RPO operations or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day MSP/RPO operations and coordinating with external vendors or partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Knowledge of key performance metrics and the ability to analyze and report on data.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
