Role :Martech Platform Delivery Manager
Exp : 8-15Yrs
Location:Bangalore(WFO ONLY)

Overview:
first digital company which is working on e-Commerce, Digital Experience in area of Telco & Other area.
Scope:
Technology Architecture, Both IT and Digital marketing experience, MarTech platform experience, Telco/eCommerce background
Required Skillset:
• Software development & architecture in multiple programming languages
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise of modern software engineering practices that include Agile methodologies, API architectures, microservices, event-driven architectures, and relational & no-SQL data stores.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience with Martech tolls – CDP, NBQ, AI/ML models.
• Proven expertise in effectively managing delivery on small to medium d projects.
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation and innovation.
• Hands on experience in configuring, managing, enhancing, and upgrading core ecommerce & Content Mgmt. Platform platforms.
• Strong understanding of building connected ecommerce experience across ecommerce CDP, marketing automation and other systems
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Lead software engineering teams to deliver next-generation digital products that exceed internal and external customer expectations
• Software Development & Architecture in Multiple Programming
• Hands On Experience in Configuring, Managing, Enhancing and Upgrading Core Ecommerce or Martech Platforms
• Provide high-level project oversight to teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and that they meet standards.
• Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with internal users and vendors to fully understand and meet technological needs.
• Analyse current and new processes to identify the most efficient and inexpensive way to complete the objectives.
• Track and maintain backlog.
