Job Overview

As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students in grades K-5. This is a full-time position located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with opportunities for growth within our organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification
• 1-3 years of experience teaching elementary school students
• Strong knowledge of child development and effective teaching strategies
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines
• Deliver instruction to students in a clear and effective manner
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and growth
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
• Maintain accurate and organized student records
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress
• Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and during outdoor activities
