Noida/ Site Job Objective:

Complete project management for the designated site, encompassing coordination of design with the technical services team, collaboration on basic and detailed engineering with consultants, execution and commissioning of the project including procurement, site execution, managing contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, securing requisite permissions promptly to deliver the project as per specifications, quality, time, and cost. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic: •Support the Head-New Projects/ COO in preparing a robust project management plan for timely execution within budget and seamless transition from project to commercial production. •Assist the Attero team in key technology and technical know-how decisions as necessary. •Ensure knowledge transfer across envisaged sites through documentation and optimal transition of resources. 2. Projects: •Take responsibility for complete project management for the designated site, including coordination of design with the technical services team, collaboration on basic and detailed engineering with consultants, execution and commissioning of the project, procurement as necessary, and management of contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. •Secure requisite permissions promptly to deliver the project as per specifications, quality, time, and cost. 3. Operational: •Select detailed engineering and PMC consultants. •Collaborate with Attero’s Technical Services team on basic design and project planning. •Review detailed engineering designs for feasibility, adherence to cost & quality, and meeting Attero’s requirements. •Ensure documentation of GFC drawings by PMC and ongoing updates. •Drive execution of all project modules, monitor for quality, and adherence to timelines, norms, compliances, and cost. •Ensure project development complies with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and applicable laws. •Schedule and participate in Project Review meetings for timely execution. •Lead corrective actions to ensure the project is on track. •Drive timely execution and coordinate with other departments on escalated matters. •Coordinate and arrange timely preparation of all applications for local permissions and secure the same from requisite authorities. •Ensure timely handover to the operating team. •Coordinate with OEMs/contractors for completion of technical documentation, and O&M Manuals; review and release to the Operations team. 4. Financial: •Prepare and adhere to budgets. •Ensure cost savings through value engineering and effective project management. 5. People: •Coordinate all third-party resources and ensure timely placement & and project delivery. •Foster an environment of learning, excellence, and innovation. •Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities. •Ensure role clarity and allocate work accordingly. Qualification: •Bachelors in Mechanical (preferred)/ Chemical Engineering Experience: •Required: 12 - 15 years of work experience in a combination of Project engineering and project management with at least 5-7 years of experience in leading projects in India. •Desired: Working knowledge of the local language is desirable.
