Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Finance Manager at our Pune location. The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for Financial planning and analysis Risk management Profitability analysis Financial reporting and MIS Handling financial audits & oth ou are responsible for your job post. Review to ensure it has all required informationer compliances Frame Sales Commercial Policy Conducting analysis on costs, pricing, variable contribution (margin), and analysis of sales results' Analysis & involvement in the Pricing of product Ensure Updating of sales promotion policy in system Credit rating analysis, locking & unlocking codes of customer make direct contacts with customer to understand them statutory as well other required information (SAP) Accounts Receivable Management by driving reductions in DSO and Overdue Distributors credit & there risk management Prepare profitability Statement for product mix & distributors Ensure 100% NDC letter from Stockist Formulating business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation to realize organizational goals Partnering with Supply Chain to get product availability in time. Assisting supply chain in cost cutting with transit time reductions Stock reconciliation, Responsible for the availability of material on time with a constraint of Inventory & Audits of Depot Drawing up brand P&Ls, Preparing SKU wise margins including margin reconciliation Facilitating management in informed decision making by providing various analysis like ROI Analysis, Mix, Capex spends etc. Providing monthly/ quarterly P&L forecast based on the latest estimates and highlighting Gaps and Opportunitie Monitoring and controlling the Trade marketing and Consumer spends at company level Tracking of Company performance against the budget Team Management Qualifications & other attributes Finance graduate (CA or MBA in Finance from tier 1- 2 'B' school desired) Exposure of working with FMCG must 8 to 10 years of experience post completion of CA (final) out of which at least 5 years of experience desired to be in commercial finance role. Strong working knowledge in SAP. Strong MS Excel and data management skills. Able to work independently and takes initiative Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance Ability to function well in a team environment Biased towards action and agility Exceptional communication skills We are an equal opportunity employer!Job tags
