, , and . About the Role: We're seeking a passionate and strategic Content Lead to join our expanding team in Hyderabad, India. You'll lead a team of up to 5 talented content writers, crafting compelling and effective content across various formats and channels. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy, driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation for Zenwork. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a holistic content strategy aligned with Zenwork's marketing and business goals. Lead and manage a team of content writers, providing clear direction, feedback, and coaching for growth. Define content requirements, assign projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Create various content formats, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, ebooks, social media content, and more. Develop thought leadership content that establishes Zenwork as an industry expert and builds brand authority. Manage and optimize content workflow, utilizing project management tools and processes. Track and analyze content performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Stay up-to-date on content marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives. Manage the content budget effectively and allocate resources strategically. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a content lead or senior content strategist. Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive results. Experience in managing and mentoring content writing teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Strong understanding of various content formats and their effectiveness in different channels. Solid writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content. Experience in SEO best practices and optimizing content for search engines. Knowledge of the B2B SaaS landscape and industry specific to tax compliance a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving.
