Role Description
The Co-Founder of Kitchen Roast will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and direction of the catering service. This full-time role requires an on-site presence in Mumbai . The Co-Founder will also develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve company goals, manage budgets, hire appropriate team members, and provide excellent customer service. The role also demands working at no salary as we are not hiring an employee but onboarding a co-founder, considering the present co-founder also doesn't draw out any salary.
The current founder Anjali is a Trained culinary chef from LCB London and started this company in April, 2023. The company is now doing 8-10 monthly catering events and is ready to scale thus we are looking for a co-founder who is passionate about the hospitality industry with complementary skills to assist in sales/marketing and operations mainly.
