We are looking forward to a Relationship Manager (RM) Candidate for the Agency Channel in *InsuranceDekho.com (Girnar Soft) based out major town of (Punjab, Chandigarh, Ludhiana).

Required eligibility
1) Graduate in any stream
2) 2-3 years of sales experience.
3) Experience of sales/ strategy/product/operations/customer handling
4) B2B, Paytm, Any filed Sales Candidate Eligible
5) Traveling with in city and nearby.
Role -
Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments. Service the Existing POS to drive sales growth Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
Should know local agent network.
Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers.
Candidate should be from Insurance Background having hands-on experience in agency vertical in a General Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm.
Identifying and communicating customer needs.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Relationship Manager role located in Ludhiana East. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with clients, and act as a liaison between the clients and the insurance company. The Relationship Manager will provide clients with support, advice, and guidance on insurance products, and regularly review and assess their insurance needs to provide customized solutions.

- Ability to understand and analyze clients' financial needs and goals
- Proven sales and account management experience
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services industry is a plus
- Proficient in relevant computer software and systems
Salary - CTC: Max up to 4 lakh + Conveyance + Incentives + perks
