Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Ironhill India, the World's Largest Microbrewery. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events for our company. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and we are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
- Knowledge of venue management, food and beverage coordination, and contract negotiation
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse teams
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team

- Hospitality and etiquette skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate various events for Ironhill India
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, and contract management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and sponsors
- Create event marketing materials and promote events through various channels
- Manage event budgets and track expenses
- Handle guest registrations, inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee onsite event operations and ensure all activities run smoothly
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement
- Needs to handle e-commerce fulfillments
- Conduct sale and brand building activities in Expos, Flea Markets
