Position: Operations Executive - Supply Chain Location: #Bhiwandi #Kolkata #Bangalore #Gurugram Job Overview: As an Operations Executive in the Supply Chain department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our supply chain activities across multiple locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage logistics, monitor inventory levels, and implement strategies to optimize operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Coordinate and oversee end-to-end logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products to various locations. Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any supply chain disruptions. Maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions, including purchase orders, shipments, and inventory adjustments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the supply chain process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or related roles. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and distribution strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
