Job description
This role involves configuring the Cvent system, maintaining data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to GSK event planners and employees.
This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring that event registration process run smoothly and successfully using the Cvent platform, making it a valuable asset to internal teams responsible for events and meetings organization.
This role requires a good understanding of travel and meetings industry practices and systems in order to effectively support GSK employees.
Key Responsibilities
Experience - 8 to 12 Years
- Lead the setup, configuration, and management of meetings and events process within the Cvent system
- Design and customize meeting request form, email notifications, etc. in the Cvent system
- Collaborate closely with GSK meeting planners, external agencies and other stakeholders to understand event requirements and tailor Cvent solutions accordingly
- Provide technical support to GSK meeting planners, external agencies and other stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Cvent system
- Assist in the integration of Cvent with other systems, such as CRM platforms for HCPs
- Collaborate with the Operations and Sourcing team to streamline meetings and events process
- Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Cvent event management technology to suggest improvements in processes and policies as well as reporting automation
- Generate and reports and analyze event data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Train GSK meeting planners and meetings and events team members on how to use the Cvent system effectively
- Create and update documentation and best practices for using Cvent
