ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
- Provides estimates of project durations at all stages of the architect's methodology of work, from conceptual design to construction documents.
- Contributes to value engineering and constructability reviews.
- Manages the resolution of planning phase risk associated with the clarity, specificity, and completeness of construction documents.
- Assists project management in the transition of each project from its planning phase to construction.
- Works in support of project management during materials procurement to ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications.
- Provides diagnostic monitoring of baseline estimates during project construction.
- Validates planning metrics upon project completion.
- Develops and maintains a central database of trade contractors and material vendors.
- Attends management review meetings and assists in developing and making presentations.
- MIS reporting & progress presentation skills required.
- Should have exposure to Documentation control.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualification
- B.E/B. Tech in Civil
- MBA/master's in project/Construction Management (full time) is preferred.
Years of Experience
- 6-8 years of prior experience in project management for commercial/developer sector is preferred.
- Should have good exposure in project & construction Management.

- Should have exposure to PEB and other commercial building projects.

- Manages time effectively. Is organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask.
- Communicates effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); Google (Calendar, G-Mail); and QuickBooks with the ability to accomplish necessary tasks on a computer.
- Industry recognition and references.
- Ability to comprehend, analyses, and interpret various types of business documents.
- Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in a pre-designed style and format.
- Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management
- Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
- Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of project databases.
- Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
