Digital Sales and Marketing Associate (Job Id MR) Role And Responsibilities - Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our response rate and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
- Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
Candidate Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
- BA in English.
- BA in psychology.
Required Skills - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
