Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals including but not limited to customer acquisition lead generation and revenue growth.
- Plan execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads Twitter Ads and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research ad copy creation and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and drive maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics regularly including CTR CPA ROAS and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design content and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with the target audience.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in performance marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
- Implement tracking and attribution methodologies to accurately measure the impact of performance marketing efforts on overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance key metrics and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to manage relationships negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion through performance marketing channels and present recommendations to senior management.
