Job description
1. Description Background of the project/order:
The RAITT program designs the Partner Management landscape and operating model around improved partner and business experience, faster T2M in close co-ordination with business units, to implement a common way of working. The goal is to build a state of the art solution, which will simplify and streamline the process of Partner journey using the Salesforce solution. 2. Service Description: • Controlling the delivery of vendors in compliance with timeline, scope and WoW. • Active and self-management of available tasks. • Early anticipation of risks and coming up with a multiple options which might mitigate the risks. • Identify, if the vendor deliveries are product customization and providing the possibility to use OOTB features of the product. • Optimization of license usage and future license procurement possibilities. • Close involvement with the team, Business and Product Owners and helping them to shape up the Business and Technical requirements (provide evidences of possibilities with help of PoCs and Demo if required)3. Objective technical requirements for the consultant: • Review of all APEX codes delivered by the vendor. • Review of all configuration delivered by the vendor. • Helping in PoC activities related to Salesforce. • Building the Salesforce knowledge within the team. • Provide consultation and feedback on code quality to the vendor. • Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience. • Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions. • Working closely with Technical Product Owner on the NFR topics. • Good knowledge of Salesforce licensing and helping the application owner to take a decision on new license requirements. • Making sure that the less customization against more OOTB is used. • Working collaboratively with the team. • Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them. • Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform. 4. What are the skills needed? o Solution and result oriented. o Always thinking to understand "Why we need". o Adaptive communication skills. o Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Sales and Service cloud. o Experience in working with Agile Team. o Knowledge and Experience in TMF. o Working experience in Telecom Industry. o Very good knowledge on Salesforce Community. o Very good knowledge of Salesforce licensing. o Very good knowledge of English. o Very good German skill (good to have).Job tags
