Exp- 8-10 years
Desired Candidate Profile
UG- B.Tech/B.E - Electrical
- Hands on experience of electrical circuits hardware's design & trouble shooting
- Maintain the electrical infrastructure for production in a specified section of factory
- Maintain the equipments as per IE rules & relevant statutory standards
- PREPARE & inspect the checklist for maintenance of various equipments
- Relay co- ordination of main feeders & the downstream feeders on the basis of fault calculation
- Hands on experience of Relay testing, make- ABB & Siemens
- Commissioning & testing of transformer
- Selection & sizing of HT & LT electrical equipments such as VCB, ACB, Transformers, Feeder & there protection
- Lead team of engineers & electricians for troubleshooting, breakdown & preventive maintenance
- Respond to unexpected events for troubleshooting & emergency response
- Improve quality of product & reduce raw material wastage through technical interventions
- Ensure reduction of electrical energy consumption
- Develop team of electricians with adequate focus on regular training & development activities
- Ensure adherence to the unit standards with respect to ISO, OHSAS etc & 100% compliance withStatutory rule/EHS standards related to electricity in designated areas
