Job description
Oversee end-to-end management of First Mile operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing of transactions.
Engage with sellers to enhance their experience and speed of transactions, promoting better collaboration.
Implement and manage disciplined operational processes across all facilities within the assigned span, maintaining high standards of quality.
Develop and execute a robust resourcing plan, ensuring the availability and effective management of all First Mile facilities.
Foster a highly engaged work environment, encouraging teamwork and positive culture across all facilities.
Manage various aspects of First Mile operations, including order processing, fleet management, packaging, loading, and transportation.
Ensure proper packing and loading of goods, adhering to quality and safety standards.
RequirementsDesired Skills and Qualities:
Strong leadership and management skills with 4 to 8 years of experience in operations, logistics, or related fields.
Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
Proven track record in managing First Mile operations, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics sector.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
Adept at overseeing resourcing plans and facilities management.
Knowledge of best practices in order processing, packaging, and transportation.
