We are having an urgent opening for the position of GM Sales for a reputed company at the Mumbai (Ghatkoper) location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Need to handle a team and guide them:
- To generate & manage new oem customers.
- To generate new buz. From existing OEM customers & also managing the existing OEM buz.
- to manage the existing business with dealers & distributors in pan India and also manage their payment recovery.
- For approaching new products to existing dealers & distributors pan India
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations
- Design sales strategy and set goals for business growth
- Set sales policies and processes
- Ensure sales team work productively
- Direct the sales team assessment process
- Prepare regular business reports for upper management
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Requirements and skills.
- Proven experience in Heading sales of any manufacturing company.
- Experience in Sales growth planning
- Knowledge of business processes and functions
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BMS/BBA in Business or relevant field; MBA is a plus
