Location:
Rane Madras, Hyderabad
The list of Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
1. Clearly define outcomes and assessment methodologies for the class
2. Translate course curriculum into delivery plan and lesson plans
3. Translate teaching methodologies and learning experiences to the online medium with optimum and effective use of tools and technology
4. Provide Induction Training to new trainees under NAPS, NATS, Flexi-MoU schemes, and B. Voc / D. Voc courses.
5. Maintain Training Attendance data of trainees and present it to the management.
6. Encourage attendance and motivate the learners to complete the program
7. Conduct Online and Offline classes, tracking and reporting attendance.
8. Online and On-Site counselling of candidates for training.
9. Motivate and guide the learners and ensure learning through the LMS platform
10. Assessment and evaluation of the learners as per learning design
11. Visit client locations for On-Site Classes, and conduct examination
12. Submit reports on field visits and on-site training to the Learning Administrator
13. Ensure learner engagement through various activities, events, and social media.
14. Ensuring a smooth deployment process for the mobilized students.
15. Monitoring and overseeing the seamless functioning of training and operational activities.
16. Coordinating effectively with the HR department.
17. Handling all types of grievances promptly and providing effective solutions.
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Graduate in Technology/ similar with min. 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Accustomed to taking classes online and digitally aware of tools needed to make this happen smoothly.
3. Proven experience as a Trainer/ Educator and managing learning activities as per client's requirements.
4. Mentorship capabilities.
5. Comfortable with flexible timings and days for conducting classes.
6. Must be open to travel pan India.
7. Proficient in MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint], Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, and managing Google Drive.
8. Outstanding communication skills.
9. Strong attention to detail.
10. Openness to participate in cross functional activities.
11. Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
