Partner Sales Director leads and executes our go-to-market plans with Technology and SI Partners in the India and Middle East regions in order to increase revenue, services capacity and competitive differentiation. This is a builder opportunity for someone excited to focus 100% on partners that are trusted advisors whether they provide platform, application, advisory or delivery solutions that add customer value to Icertis CLM platform. Enterprise Contract Life-cycle Management is one of the key areas identified to help companies achieve radical business transformation through faster Revenue Velocity, better Risk and Compliance Management, and greater Operational Efficiency. This role is positioned to make a significant growth contribution for Icertis by developing partnerships built on shared urgency for customer transformation with CLM and ICI as the platform to deliver it
Responsibilities - The ideal candidate possesses a business background and technology perspective to activate and scale high growth, profitable, differentiated and capable partnerships. - Develop relationships with Technology and Services partners in related sales regions to maximize their commercial impact for Icertis and the respective partner(s).
- Develop and manage prioritized partners relationships, design and execute co-marketing/ co-selling activities, and deliver qualified pipeline, wins and delivery capacity with and through partners.
- Drive high impact deals by co-selling with partners to deliver differentiated joint solutions with Icertis's industry leading Enterprise Contract Management platform.
- Achieve quarterly and annual partner goals for leads, co-selling with partners, SaaS subscription revenue and skilled services resources.
- Collaborate with individuals and teams across the organization to successfully execute key initiatives with our partnerships. For example, work with leadership in Field Sales, Inside Sales and Marketing on a successful account-based development sales and marketing strategy in target accounts.
- Measure and track success of regional partnerships. Develop and execute joint business plans with clear, measurable commercial goals with enabling activities committed to on a quarterly and/ or annual basis based on overall corporate goals.
- Serve as a value adding member of the APAC Business Development team driving the Icertis go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Utilize appropriate internal systems and tools to effectively track, analyze and communicate progress.
- Work effectively and deliver high impact outcomes in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications - The right person will be technical, analytical, and possess 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or management consulting experience. Experience working within the technology industry is mandatory.
- Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships in technology and experience developing/ managing Services and Delivery (SI) Partners in global environment is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience as a 'builder' with a strong track record of success.
- Account management, relationship management and solution selling skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations at senior levels.
