Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Records Technician for KPHP, Hyderabad location. The Medical Records Technician will be responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records, including data entry, filing, and retrieval. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that medical records are properly maintained and updated.

Qualifications

• Medical Terminology and Health Information Management skills
• Experience in Medical Records management
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in the field of Medicine will be a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Degree/Certificate in Health Information Management or related field is preferred
